Started from absolutely scratch 2017-2018, after leaving a long and intense working life. I am educating myself ever since. I find myself especially interested in the human psychology and the way we conduct ourselves. Difficult and inaccessible issues have it´s own dynamic and are worth examining in art. Therefore I keep an open mind for different kinds of expression. But of course – inspirated by Diebenkorn, Rothko, Picasso, Hodgkin, Frankenthaler, Matisse and so on are among the more famous artists. But there are really so many many talented and fascinating artists out there. And so far I find the community kind and supporting towards eachother. I am so fortunate to be a small part of this.
CITATIONS OR COMMENTS ON THE WORK
Peter, Art Curator, Enartium Online Gallery
"The simplicity of her minimalist artwork does not take away anything from the overall expression of her creativity through her daring choice of colors and abstract style.
The end result always comes up with her statements being subtle, yet vivid."
Suzanne Lambeek, curator Brick Lane Gallery, London
"I am impressed by your exploration of bold colors and expressive brushstrokes. Your style is minimalist abstract, has a lovely clarity and simplicity to it."
